一、中文版代理報(bào)關(guān)協(xié)議

鑒于：

1. 甲方需要進(jìn)口或出口貨物，但不具備相關(guān)報(bào)關(guān)資質(zhì)；

2. 乙方具備相關(guān)報(bào)關(guān)資質(zhì)，可以為甲方提供代理報(bào)關(guān)服務(wù)；

3. 為了明確雙方的權(quán)利義務(wù)，達(dá)成合法合規(guī)的合作，特訂立本協(xié)議。

經(jīng)雙方友好協(xié)商，達(dá)成如下協(xié)議：

一、委托事項(xiàng)

1. 甲方委托乙方為其代理進(jìn)口或出口貨物，并向海關(guān)提交相關(guān)的報(bào)關(guān)申報(bào)文件。

2. 甲方應(yīng)向乙方提供準(zhǔn)確、完整的貨物信息及相關(guān)單證資料。

3. 甲方應(yīng)按照國(guó)家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定繳納稅款和其他費(fèi)用。

二、服務(wù)內(nèi)容及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

1. 乙方應(yīng)按照國(guó)家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定，為甲方提供準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)的報(bào)關(guān)申報(bào)服務(wù)，并保證所提交的文件真實(shí)、完整、準(zhǔn)確。

2. 乙方應(yīng)按照國(guó)家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定，為甲方提供合理的代理費(fèi)用和服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

三、保密條款

1. 雙方應(yīng)對(duì)本協(xié)議涉及的商業(yè)秘密和其他機(jī)密信息予以保密，不得泄露給第三方。

2. 如因一方違反保密條款造成損失的，應(yīng)由違約方承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的法律責(zé)任。

四、爭(zhēng)議解決方式

雙方在履行本協(xié)議過(guò)程中發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議的，應(yīng)通過(guò)友好協(xié)商解決；如協(xié)商不成，可向所在地人民法院提起訴訟。

五、其他事項(xiàng)

1. 本協(xié)議自雙方簽字蓋章之日起生效，有效期為_(kāi)___年/月/日至____年/月/日。

英文版代理報(bào)關(guān)協(xié)議：

Whereas:

1. Party A needs to import or export goods but does not have relevant customs clearance qualification;

2. Party B has relevant customs clearance qualifications and can provide agent customs clearance services for Party A; and

3. In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and achieve legal compliance with cooperation, this agreement is hereby concluded after friendly negotiation between the two parties.

After friendly negotiation between the two parties, the following agreement is reached:

I. Entrusted Matters

1. Party A entrusts Party B to act as its agent in importing or exporting goods and submit relevant customs declaration documents to the customs.

2. Party A shall provide accurate and complete information about the goods and other documents.

3. Party A shall pay taxes and other fees in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country.

II. Service Contents and Standards

1. Party B shall provide accurate and timely customs declaration services for Party A and ensure that the submitted documents are true, complete and accurate according to the relevant laws and regulations of the country.

2. Party B shall provide reasonable agent fees and service standards.
